With over 23 years of clinical experience as a registered Psychologist, Rebecca has Advanced training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, is an EMDR practitioner and trauma therapist, has a well regarded reputation amongst colleagues and medical professionals and has successfully supported hundreds of clients transform their relationship with anxiety As Clinic Director and Principal Psychologist at Berwick Psychology and Hypnosis, Rebecca has witnessed countless transformations. A: Absolutely! The Calm Lab is designed specifically for beginners. Rebecca will guide you through everything step by step, and you'll be surprised how natural and comfortable hypnotherapy feels. Q: I'm already in therapy. Can I do this program too? A: Absolutely, Yes! The Calm Lab complements traditional therapy beautifully. Many participants find it enhances their existing therapeutic work. Always check with your current therapist if you have questions. Q: What if I can't attend a live session? A: Every session is recorded and available to you within 24 hours. While we encourage live participation for the full experience, you won't miss out if life happens and you can't attend. Q: How is this different from meditation apps or YouTube videos? A: This is live, professional clinical hypnotherapy designed specifically for anxiety and stress. You'll receive personalised guidance, can ask questions after each experience, and learn techniques tailored to your nervous system's needs. It will be an interactive experience so will be tailored to the groups needs. Q: Is hypnotherapy safe? A: Absolutely. Clinical hypnotherapy is simply a state of focused relaxation. You're always in control and aware of your surroundings. Rebecca is a registered psychologist with advanced training in clinical hypnotherapy. Q: What if it doesn't work for me? A: Everyone is capable of entering trance (both light and deep trance have positive benefits) and hypnotherapy works for the vast majority of people when practiced consistently and with an open mind.
