All consultation fees are payable on the day by EFTPOS or CASH (please see the "FEES" page on this website).
Medicare rebates (with current Mental Health Care Plan) are processed onsite immediately after the full payment of fee. The rebate is usually received the same day.
Please bring any referrals, reports or paperwork that is relevant to your treatment plan, insurances or mental health.
Please note, our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for rescheduling of appointments. We appreciate your support in adhering to this.
