OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

Medicare Rebates
Appropriate referrals are required from your GP to receive a medicare rebate. Please check with your GP or treating health practitioner. 
With a Mental Health Care Plan, rebates are paid directly into the bank account you have registered with medicare after the full fee is paid. 
​Assessments, Hypnotherapy, Relationship and Family services are not funded by Medicare but may be covered by your private health insurance.  

Private Health Cover
Please check with your fund if psychology or hypnotherapy rebates apply for you. 

Cancellation Policy
If, for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide more than TWO FULL BUSINESS DAYS notice.
Non-attendance or notice of a late cancellation within two full business days will be charged at the full rate of the appointment. 

Payment is expected at the time of consultation and can be made by cash or direct deposit (no surcharge), credit or debit card (bank surcharge fees applies).
