Rebecca is the clinic director, psychologist and hypnotherapist. She is passionate about providing a thriving workplace so she, and her team, can provide the best of care. Rebecca has been a registered psychologist since 2003 and has assisted hundreds of clients toward peace and wellbeing. Rebecca prides herself on bringing optimism, humour and compassion to her work. She has an unwavering, non-judgemental attitude toward people, an absolute belief in their ability to heal, and a deep love for the work she does. Rebecca particularly enjoys analysing, seeking to understand the root cause of psychological distress, and aims to facilitate change that is fundamental and lasting for her clients. Rebecca is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) & Member of the Australian Society Hypnosis (MASH). Rebecca has experience working with people from many backgrounds, cultures and belief systems.

Aphrodite is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience and brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and competence to her role. Her therapeutic style is warm, engaging, collaborative, non-judgmental and focused on the individual needs of her clients as she understands that no two people are the same. Aphrodite creates a safe and respectful environment in which to explore personal challenges and help clients achieve their potential. She upholds a strong commitment to assisting individuals of all backgrounds to overcome life challenges, build resilience and lead a more happy, healthy and connected life.
Aphrodite works with adolescents and adults who experience a wide range of mental health difficulties and has worked extensively across public, private and forensic mental health settings. Priya is a psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience. She brings warmth, knowledge, intelligence, thoughtfulness and compassion into her therapeutic practice. Priya is focused on assisting clients to achieve positive health and behavioural outcomes and resolve their psychological concerns. Priya works with young people and adults and has the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Her treatment is specifically tailored to individual needs and she draws on her vast training, qualifications and experience to gain excellent results for her clients. Priya is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and Australian Hypnosis Society (AHS).

Amanda is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Clinical Family Therapist with over 10 years of therapy and social work experience. Amanda has worked in a therapeutic role with children, parents, couples, families, adolescents and adults in services for Child Protection, Sexual Assault, Child, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health Services. Amanda is registered with Medicare as a provider and her clients will receive a medicare rebate with an appropriate Mental Health Care Plan.
Amanda believes in identifying personal strengths and working with the client in an individualised manner. She has an easy-going, engaging, non-judgmental, relaxed and compassionate style which allows her to easily connect with others. Amanda works to support her clients to reach their chosen goals on their journey to improved mental health and well-being. Amanda is a registered Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and a Registered Clinical Family Therapist with AAFT. Prajakta is a warm and non-judgmental therapist, with experience working in private practice, hospital, school and university settings. Prajakta feels privileged to work as a psychologist and is committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, respectful and safe environment for clients. Prajakta is passionate about understanding her clients’ unique stories, and strives to work collaboratively towards healing and growth. She uses a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Cognitive Behavior Therapy (RECBT),Motivational interviewing (MI), Solution- focused approach, EMDR and Mindfulness techniques. Prajakta is a registered psychologist in India and holds provisional status in Australia, working toward her full registration. Prajakta holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery and is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Steve is our clinical hypnotherapist and has been practising since 2009. He brings a warm, compassionate and optimistic approach to his work. He believes passionately that we all have areas of our lives in which we know how to succeed, and that as a result we have abilities that can, with a little help, be applied to areas in which we are challenged. Steve loves working with clients and helping them find the gaps in knowledge and skill that will enable them to get back on track quickly and effectively. He particularly enjoys using hypnosis to reach the creative parts of our minds. Steve’s background involves many years teaching Hypnotherapy for one of Australia’s biggest training academies for Clinical Hypnotherapists. Steve is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, has over nine years of clinical experience, is a member and supervisor of the Australian Hypnotherapist's Association (AHA) and has been a lecturer of hypnotherapy.

Alison is an accredited practicing dietitian with over 20 years experience. She helps people change their attitude and relationship with food and to improve their gut and nutritional health and wellbeing. Alison helps people heal from eating disorders, poor gut health, gastrointestinal problems, small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), lifelong patterns of yo-yo dieting, unhealthy food restriction, overeating and unhealthy obsessions with food. Alison also helps with the management of diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), heart disease prevention and recovery, and other diet-related health conditions.
