Rebecca is the founder, director and principal Psychologist at Berwick Psychology & Hypnosis. She is also a board-approved supervisor, hypnotherapist, EMDR practitioner and body image coach. Rebecca has over 25 years of clinical experience and remains passionate about helping others to heal, recover and thrive in life. Along with her clinical practice, she enjoys working with early career psychologists, supporting them to feel confident in their work and find their own unique therapeutic style.
More recently Rebecca's work has focused on supporting women to learn to love their bodies, develop self-confidence and feel more joyful and nourished in life. Using powerful evidence based practices, her clients can discover their own unique voice, understand themselves better, and create the space and freedom to be authentic in life. Rebecca has experience working with eating and body image concerns, family and relationships, anxiety, stress, burnout, self-esteem, habits, nutritional and health psychology, attachment, and trauma. Anna is a compassionate registered psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology Practice at the Cairnmillar Institute. She has extensive training and experience in clinical hypnotherapy, having earned a Certificate IV in Hypnotherapy from the Academy of Hypnotic Science. Anna believes in empowering her clients to create positive change in their lives, and achieves this through a collaborative, client-centred approach. She has worked with both adolescents and adults, using evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, and goal setting.

She is passionate about her work and uses a client-centred, evidence-based approach, tailoring therapies to individual needs. She is trained in Cognitive-behavioural and Acceptance and Commitment Therapies, and incorporates mindfulness into her practice. In her spare time, Kyi enjoys drawing, foraging for plants, spending time in nature, playing badminton, recreational archery, playing piano, listening to audiobooks, and video games. She also lives with a dog and tuxedo rescue cat (Oreo AKA Ori) and loves animals! Kyi completed her Bachelor of Science (Psychology double major) at the University of Western Australia, Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the Cairnmillar Institute in Melbourne, and Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Newcastle, Australia. Meet Steve, our warm and compassionate clinical hypnotherapist with well over a decade of experience and many satisfied, raving fans. He strongly believes that we all possess abilities that can be applied to overcome challenges in our lives. Steve enjoys working with clients to identify knowledge and skill gaps that can be filled to get them back on track quickly and effectively. He has a particular passion for using hypnosis to reach the creative parts of our minds.
With a background in teaching hypnotherapy for one of Australia's biggest training academies, Steve is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a member and supervisor of the Australian Hypnotherapist's Association (AHA). His expertise in hypnotherapy has allowed him to help clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges in a safe and supportive environment. |

Amanda has an easy-going and relaxed compassionate style with her clients, which enables her to connect with people easily. She believes in identifying everyone's strengths and works with clients in a non-judgmental way to support them on their journey to improved mental health and well-being.
